Deleting your LLCAR account

On this page you can request the deletion of your LLCAR account and related data. You do not need to install the app to do this.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the LLCAR app. Go to Settings → Client Identity → “Delete account and data”. Confirm the deletion.

How to request deletion without the app

Send an email to llcar@llcar.ru with the subject “Account deletion”.

In the email, please include:

  • the email address or phone number linked to the account;
  • the VIN of your vehicle, if you entered it in the app.

Send the email from the address linked to the account. If this is not possible, we will ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We do not delete an account without confirmation, so that no one else can delete it.

We will reply to your email and let you know when the deletion is complete.

What is deleted

  • your account on llcar.ru;
  • the links between your account and your phones and vehicles;
  • vehicle reading history on the server, place tags, and numerical sound and vibration features;
  • support requests and the technical logs attached to them;
  • data you entered into a fleet.

Deletion periods

  • The account and links are deleted immediately after confirmation.
  • Reading history on the server is deleted within 30 days.
  • Backup copies are deleted within the following 7 days.

What is retained

We retain payment records for subscription payments for the period required by law.

Articles and rules that you submitted to the shared knowledge base and that became available to other users after review remain in the knowledge base without any link to your account. If you want them deleted as well, say so in your email.

If you work in an organisation's fleet, the history of your actions in the fleet is kept by that organisation.

Subscription

Automatic subscription renewal is turned off when the account is deleted.

Data on your phone

Data stored only on your phone is deleted together with the app. Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete your account or the data on the server.
