LLCAR License Agreement
Version dated 9 October 2026
1. Parties and acceptance
1.1. The LLCAR application and related services are provided by LLC “LLCAR” (OGRN 1267700152785; “LLCAR”, “we”).
1.2. You accept this agreement by a separate action after being given access to its text. Where an authorized representative accepts on behalf of an organization, “you” means the organization identified when entering into the agreement; the representative confirms authority to act on its behalf. Acceptance alone is not a purchase or consent to automatic renewal, advertising or optional data processing. You must be an adult and may connect only a vehicle and data to which you have lawful access.
2. License and permitted use
2.1. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use a lawfully obtained copy of the application on devices you lawfully use, within the selected plan. The local-copy license is worldwide, subject to applicable statutory prohibitions; this does not mean that network features are available in every country. The license for the local copy lasts five years from acceptance of this agreement or, if a paid period ends later, until the end of that period. Paid cloud features are available only for the paid period. Resale, servicing customers and use in a commercial fleet require a plan or separate agreement that expressly permits them. Consumer status depends on applicable law and the actual purpose of use.
2.2. Rights in the application, its databases, interface and marks remain with their owners. You may save reports available to you and share them with a specialist of your choice, subject to the rights of other people; this does not transfer rights in the application or its databases. Statutory rights to copy, examine and achieve interoperability, and separate licenses for third-party components, remain unaffected.
3. Results and safety
3.1. LLCAR provides tools to read, display and analyze available vehicle data and informational explanations, including explanations generated by AI. Results depend on the vehicle, adapter, and quality and completeness of data; they may be inaccurate or incomplete. Readings, possible causes and recommendations, including personalised recommendations, are not a professional assessment of the vehicle's technical condition or safety for use. The absence of a warning does not establish that the vehicle is in working order. The selected feature requires a compatible device, adapter and software environment, and a connection if it uses the network; you provide your own connection and equipment. Install necessary updates provided to you. A failure to install an update within a reasonable time is relevant only to a fault caused solely by its absence, after notice of availability and consequences and with adequate installation instructions.
3.2. A “Safe to drive” assessment or similar wording does not authorize driving or confirm safety. Do not decide whether to drive, repair or replace a part solely on the basis of the application. If you notice dangerous symptoms or vehicle warnings, stop safely, follow the manufacturer's instructions and consult a qualified specialist. Do not use the screen while driving; connect the adapter and carry out checks safely.
3.3. The application is not designed to control a vehicle, provide emergency protection or replace mandatory safety equipment. We do not promise to detect every fault, prevent an accident, work with every adapter or vehicle, or achieve any particular repair outcome, cost or savings.
4. Prohibited use
4.1. You must not, without a lawful basis, connect another person's vehicle or obtain another person's data; secretly monitor people; use another person's account; falsify payment or authority; bypass paid access or security measures; attack the service, introduce malicious code or impose excessive load; extract protected materials in bulk to copy or resell the service; distribute the application unlawfully; or use it for dangerous or unlawful conduct. When sharing reports, you must not falsely present automatic results as an assessment prepared or verified by an LLCAR specialist, or alter data to mislead the recipient.
4.2. You are responsible for your own breaches and the acts of people to whom you give access, to the extent provided by law. Report a compromised account. Third-party use of your account does not, by itself, establish your fault.
5. Payment and access period
5.1. The free “Lite” mode does not include the paid cloud history of vehicle readings. A subscription covers one selected vehicle unless the purchase terms expressly state otherwise. The price, duration, features and limits are stated in the offer before payment, together with the plans, offer terms and refund terms. The terms supplied before payment for the specific purchase determine what was acquired; changes to linked pages do not, by themselves, change those terms.
5.2. Automatic renewal requires separate active consent to its price and frequency and any advance notice required by law before each recurring charge. You can turn it off in your account or through support; any cancellation methods required by law remain available. We give advance notice of a higher price for a future renewal so you can cancel renewal before the charge. The new price applies only on a valid contractual or statutory basis, with your consent where required. An already paid period is not repriced. Turning off renewal does not shorten a period already paid for; deleting the application does not itself cancel renewal.
5.3. At the end of the paid period, new cloud records, analysis and ordinary access to the paid readings history end. Save reports you need before then. Any statutory right to obtain data or payment records remains available without a subscription. Refunds and price reductions depend on the service actually supplied, the reason for termination and mandatory law; activation does not mean that the entire future period has been supplied.
6. Restriction and termination
6.1. Where there are reasonable signs of compromise, fraudulent payment or lack of authority for it, circumvention of payment or access controls, unlawful data processing, attack or a safety threat, or repeated material breaches after a warning, we may proportionately restrict the affected operation, feature or account while we investigate; where the risk is urgent, we may act immediately. A restriction continues only while a lawful ground remains and to the extent necessary. We provide notice, reasons and review where and as required by applicable law.
6.2. The agreement or license is terminated on the grounds and under the procedure provided by applicable law or a valid separate agreement with a commercial user without mandatory consumer protection in the matter concerned, subject to the payment consequences. We may stop entering into new contracts, offer new plans and features for future purchases, and decline future renewals in a manner permitted by law. The local-copy license period does not itself promise indefinite free online service or support for every earlier version. Modification or termination of an ongoing digital service, including a free service covered by mandatory digital-product protection, requires agreement or a specific lawful ground and the required procedure, including clause 6.3 where applicable. Mandatory support and updates remain unaffected; new terms have no retroactive effect.
6.3. For a continuously supplied digital service covered by mandatory EU rules, technical modifications beyond those necessary to maintain conformity are permitted where reasonably necessary to comply with law, address security threats or adapt to a changed external technical environment, without additional charge. We explain the modification clearly; if it negatively affects access or use more than minimally, we give notice reasonably in advance on a durable medium of its nature, timing and the user's rights. In that case, you may terminate the contract free of charge within 30 days after receiving the notice or the modification, whichever is later. That ground for termination does not apply if we let you retain the unchanged, conforming service without additional charge. For France, we give clear and comprehensible notice of every modification under this clause reasonably in advance on a durable medium, including its date, regardless of the degree of its impact; where the impact is negative, we also explain the right to refuse the update or, where applicable, uninstall it. Mandatory refunds and other remedies remain unaffected.
7. Data
7.1. Data processing is described in the privacy policy. You grant rights to use uploaded materials only as needed for the selected feature, its security and handling a related inquiry; ownership of your materials does not transfer to LLCAR. We may restrict access to unlawful materials and remove them on a lawful ground. Retention periods, lawful preservation and deletion of data are governed by the privacy policy and applicable law. A new subscription does not guarantee restoration of history lawfully deleted.
8. Liability
8.1. Beyond expressly agreed features and mandatory requirements, we give no additional warranty of uninterrupted operation, freedom from all errors, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of data and automated explanations, or fitness of a result for your particular purpose. The effects of incorrect input data, acts of the user, vehicle manufacturer or adapter supplier, and failures of communications networks or independent external services are considered only insofar as causally relevant and permitted by law. An independent third-party service you separately choose is supplied under its provider's disclosed terms; this does not apply to providers performing our own obligations.
8.2. For users who do not have mandatory consumer protection, to the fullest extent permitted by law, compensation for lost profits, anticipated savings, revenue lost through downtime and business opportunities is excluded. For those users, subject to clause 8.3, aggregate contractual damages for non-performance or improper performance of the affected paid service are capped at the greater of the fees attributable to its supply during the 3 months before the first event giving rise to the claim and the agreed price of its first paid billing period, counting no more than the first 3 months of that period. Fees paid and payable are included; prepayments are allocated to the period they cover. If one breach affects several separately paid subscriptions, each of those two amounts is calculated in aggregate across the affected subscriptions, without counting the same fee twice. Claims arising from the same breach or its continuation are counted together.
8.3. Clause 8.2 does not exclude or limit liability or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8.4. A commercial user without mandatory consumer protection in the matter concerned shall compensate LLCAR for losses and reasonable legal defense expenses arising from third-party claims to the extent caused by the user's breach of this agreement, applicable law or third-party rights when using the service. Compensation is subject to applicable law and excludes the portion of losses caused by LLCAR's own breach. Other lawful claims by LLCAR remain unaffected.
9. Governing law and mandatory rules
9.1. Russian law governs without depriving you of mandatory protection that applies regardless of that choice, including consumer protection in your country of habitual residence where the legal conditions for it are met.
9.2. Contact us at llcar@llcar.ru, through support, by telephone at +7 930 321-00-08, or by post at the address in Section 14 of the offer terms. Invalidity of an individual term does not affect the others if the agreement can operate without it.
